Q:  Will my age affect what my case is worth?

A:  Yes, but not very much for most clients. If you are between 16 and 70, the statistical variance of recoveries for comparable injuries varies by less than +/- 10%, as you will see in the graph below. The greatest reductions appear for individuals in their seventh and eighth decades, but even then, the deviation is less than 25% from the norm.
